Can I add multiple inventory items under the same sub-ledger?

No, under the current system, multiple inventories cannot be added under the same sub-ledger. Each inventory item has unique attributes such as cost, purchase time, renewal time, and depreciation amount. As a result, each inventory item is treated as a separate balance sheet item, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting for each inventory.

Society can add a new Sub-ledger by following the below steps:

1. Go to accounts and select Chart of Accounts. Then click on Create Ledger.

2. Enter the name and sub-category as Current Asset and click on save.

Note: The newly created Sub-ledger will be visible under the current Asset.
