How can we reschedule an amenity?

Mygate offers the flexibility to reschedule a Free amenity booking based on the resident's specific requirements. The rescheduling feature will work only for free amenities, paid amenities cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling will work only till the day before the booking start time. If an amenity is booked for 15th Feb, it can be rescheduled till 15th Feb only.


The society admin can reschedule the amenity on the dashboard by following the below steps:


1. Go to Amenity and select booking. Clcik on the "Edit" option against the amenity you want to Free schedule.



2. Select the new date and time slot then click on Book Now.



3. Select the Time slot then click on Book Now.
