What is Advance Collection and how to download it?

Residents can make advance payments for their flats via cash, cheque, or Mygate, which are credited to their flat’s advance balance. This amount can later be adjusted by the society or the resident against future dues. Mygate provides a feature for societies to track these advance payments through an Advance Collection Sheet. Society admins can use this report to view details of advance payments made by residents within a selected time period.

Please follow the steps below to download the Advance Collection report :

1. Go to Financial Reports, and select Advance collection under Dues and Advance collection.

2. Select the date range, resident type, and tower details and clcik on download.

3. You can click on View to see all the advance collection details.
