Proforma dues refer to the estimated or provisional amounts that a flat or member is expected to owe, typically based on a projected or anticipated billing cycle. These dues are not final or actual but are provided for informational or planning purposes. These dues can include costs like rent, utilities, maintenance, or other fees. Mygate provides society an option to track these proforma dues for every flat.

Please follow the steps below to download the Proforma Dues Report:

1. Go to Financial Reports and select Proforma Dues under Dues and Advance Collection.

2. Select the Resident type, Tower, and Date, then click Download the report.
