What is Proforma Collection and how to download it?

A Proforma Collection Report is a financial document that provides an estimated or provisional summary of collections based on expected or projected dues. Similar to a Proforma dues report, this report offers a preview of the amounts that are anticipated to be collected, often before the actual collection takes place.

Please follow the steps below to download the Proforma Collection Report:

1. Go to Financial Reports and select Proforma Collection under Dues and Advance Collection.

2. Select the Bill ID, Resident type and tower then click on Download. 

3. You can click on View to see the Proforma Collection.
