What is Dues and Advance Account Balance and how to download it?

The Dues and Advance Account Balance report is a detailed overview that shows the dues and advance balances for each flat. If the society manages multiple advance ledgers, this report allows them to track all advance balances for each flat in a consolidated view. 

Please follow the steps below to download the Dues and Advance Account Balance Report:

1. Go to Financial Reports and select Dues and Advance Account Balance under Account Balance & Statements.

2. Select the date, tower, and resident type then clcik on download. 

3. You can click on View to see the Dues and Advance Account Balance.

Note: You can also print the Dues and Advance Account Balance report.
