What is Advance Account Balance and how to download it?

The Advance Account Balance report is a detailed document that includes only the flats with an advance balance. It provides a clear view of the flats that have advance amounts, helping the society track and manage these balances effectively. The society admin can refer to this report to view the list of flats having an advance balance for their flat. 

Please follow the steps below to download the Advance Account Balance Report:

1. Go to Financial Reports and select Advance Account Balance under Account Balance & Statements.

2. Select the date and clcik on Download.

3. You can click on View to see the Advance Account Balance.

Note: You can also print the Advance Account Balance Report.
