What is Receipt and Payment Statement and how to download it?

The Receipt and Payment Statement is a detailed report that provides an overview of all receipts and payments made by the society. It ensures that the total receipt amount matches the total payment amount, offering a clear record of both incoming and outgoing transactions.

Please follow the steps below to download the Receipt and Payment Statement:

1. Go to Financial Reports and select Receipt and Payment Statement under Account Balance & Statements.

2. Select the date range and click on Download.

3. You can click on View to see the Receipt and Payment Statement. 

Note: You can also print the Receipt and Payment Statement.
