What is Income and how to download it?

Income for a society refers to the revenue generated from various sources for the society. This typically includes contributions from residents in the form of maintenance fees, parking charges, fines, and any other fees related to the society.  Society can record these incomes in mygate and can track the same by using the Income report. 

Please follow the steps below to download the Income Report:

1. Go to Financial Reports and select Income under Income and Expense Analysis.

2. Select the date range and clcik on Download.

3. You can click on View to see the Income report.

Note: You can also print the invoice report. You can view the income details that the society has mapped under the Income ledger.
