What is Expense and how to download it?

An expense for a society refers to any cost incurred for the operation, maintenance, and management of the society. This includes expenses for maintenance, utilities, security, insurance, property taxes, repairs, and administrative services. Society can record these expenses in mygate and can track the same by using the Expense report. 


Please follow the steps below to download the Expense Report:


1. Go to Financial Reports and select Expense under Income and Expense Analysis.



2. Select the Date range and department, then click on Download.


Note: You can also print the expense report. You can view the expense details that the society has mapped under the expense ledger.
