How to raise one time fund collection or ad hoc invoice?
When a society needs to create a one-time fund collection invoice or ad hoc invoice for purposes such as repairs, upgrades, or a special event, Mygate offers an option for the society admin to easily raise such an invoice. This feature allows the admin to efficiently collect funds for specific needs within the society.
Please follow the below steps to create a template for a one-time fund collection invoice:
1. Select “Raise Invoices” under the Invoices option of the Accounts section. Click on "Create template" against the template you want to edit.
2. Fill in the relevant details and select the Invoice Cycle as One-time, then click on Next.
3. Add the GST settings and invoice item details, then click "Next" to proceed.
4. You can enable "Automatically Settle from Advance" and include the footer notes. Once done, click "View Summary" to proceed.
5. Click on the "Update Template" option.
