How to bulk upload the journal vouchers?

A Journal Voucher (JV) is a document used to record financial transactions in the accounting system. It serves as a record of debit and credit entries for various financial activities, such as payments, receipts, or adjustments. In Mygate, society admins can efficiently manage multiple journal vouchers by using the bulk upload feature. Mygate offers a bulk upload feature for journal vouchers, allowing society administrators to efficiently upload multiple journal entries at once.

1. Go to Accounts, then select Voucher. Click on the "quick upload" option.

2. Clcik on the Download Sample under Journal Voucher. Fill in the details and upload the file.
