How to track all the cancelled receipt details for a particular flat?

In Mygate, society admins have the option to view canceled receipts for each flat. This includes a detailed breakdown of various categories such as dues receipts, advance receipts, prepaid meter receipts, security deposit receipts, cheque bounce receipts, and settlement from advance receipts.

Please follow the below steps to check the canceled receipts for a particular flat:

1. Go to accounts and select Cancelled Receipts under Dues and Receipts. 

2. Select the house number or non-member to view the category-wise canceled receipts for that specific flat, including dues receipts, advance receipts, prepaid meter receipts, security deposit receipts, cheque bounce receipts, and settlement from advance receipts.

Additionally, you can click on the human icon to view the "canceled by" details.
