How to delete a Non-member?
In Mygate, society admins have the option to delete a non-member from the system when they are no longer associated with the society. These individuals could be property owners of commercial spaces (like shops) or owners of other properties within the society.
Please follow the steps below to delete a non-member from the web dashboard:
1. Navigate to the People Hub section and select the "Resident List" option under Residents.
2. You can filter with building, flat, name, mobile number, or email ID and click on submit.
3. Click on the "Details" option against the non-member you want to delete.
4. Click on the "Delete" option to remove the non-member account.
