How to download reports for the previous Financial year?

In Mygate, societies have the convenience of accessing and managing accounting data for any previous financial years as well. To retrieve specific financial reports, societies can simply change the financial year from the dashboard. Once the desired financial year is selected, they can easily download the corresponding reports, ensuring they have accurate and up-to-date financial information for thorough analysis and record-keeping. This intuitive process allows societies to efficiently handle their financial data for any period, without the hassle of manually searching or navigating through multiple sections.

Please follow the steps below to download reports for the previous financial year:

1. Click on the "Financial Year" option on the dashboard.

2. Select the financial year for which you wish to download the accounting reports.

3. After the financial year is updated, you can download the reports accordingly from the financial reports section.
