How can I send a notice notification to all owners and tenants when a specific invoice is generated?
When the society generates an invoice, Mygate offers several options to notify residents about the invoice. The society can choose to send notifications via email, app notifications, SMS (for inactive users who are not using the Mygate app), or through a Mygate notice. In the case of a Mygate notice, the owners and tenants will receive a notice containing the invoice details and description.
Please follow the steps below to send notice notifications to all the owners and tenants of the society:
1. Go to accounts, select the "Raise invoices" option under Invoicing.
2. Click on the "Notify residents" option against the template you want to generate.
3. Enable "Mygate Notice" for all owners and tenants.
