How to change the date of scheduled dues reminder?
Automatic dues reminders are automated communications sent to residents to remind them of outstanding dues or unpaid payments for their flat. These reminders can be configured to be sent at specific intervals before or after the due date of the invoice.
Mygate allows admins to set up automated dues reminders to ensure timely payments from residents. However, there may be times when the scheduled reminder date needs to be adjusted, whether due to changes in billing cycles, holidays, or other society-specific requirements. The Admin Dashboard provides an easy way to update the reminder date, helping you keep communication timely and relevant.
Please follow the steps below to change the dues reminder date:
1. Go to the "Dues tracker" option under the "Dues and Receipts" section of the Accounts tab, and click on the Send reminder option.
2. Click on the Schedule against Auto Dues Reminder Send option.
3. Change the start date and click on save.
