How to send notice as an email to residents?

Whether it’s a maintenance update or a community announcement, notices ensure timely communication with residents. Mygate allows you to send these notices as emails.

To send notices via email, please follow these steps:

Step 1 - Go to Communication, click on Notice Board

Step 2 - Click on the notice to be shared via email

Step 3 - Click on the 3 dots (More), where you can click the Send email option

Note: You can send an email only after publishing the notice.
